Arabian Roti: 1) Mix ingredients well, then bind soft dough using hot water 2) Then knead well till dough is soft 3) Let it rise till its double in size 4) Punch back make small balls, roll each into roti 5) Can either use ghee to apply or keep it dry Seekh Kebabs: 1) Blend together yogurt, corriander, onion and mint leaves, green chillies, all spices, salt and oil 2) Double mince the mince meat, mix the yogurt mixture with it and marinate for three hours 3) Shape in seekh kebabs and arrange on tray 4) Put in skewers then char grill till done (or can just use thin net if not using skewers) Salad: 1) Shredd thin jullienes of the above 2) Add either cheese dip or mayonaise with little hot sauce, sprinkle salt and pepper and mix well or use tamarind and hot sauce 3) Lay one roti and put a tablespoon of salad mixture evenly then lay seekh kebab can put lettuce on sides too
